Safe Storage Of Data
ICloud Drive ensures the safe storage of files. They can be looked at on any device that includes iCloud Drive.
- On iPhone, iPad or iPod touch examine files through iCloud Drive or any compatible program.
On iPhone, iPad or iPod touch include:
- " Constructions " tar iCloud Drive. Then turn iCloud Drive for Pages, Numbers and Keynote.
- “Controls/Numbers/Keynote ‘Integrate iCloud’.
On Mac's computer, turn on:
- " Systems " , iCloud stat iCloud Drive.
Use iTunes to keep files on Mac's computer
If an OS 7 or an earlier version is installed on the device, iWork files can be sent to Mac or Windows OS computer by iTunes for backup purposes.
- Open the program Pages, Numbers or Keynote for iOS.
- Press the Documents.
- Press the copy button.
- Select a document for which a backup copy is required.
- Choose the format in which the file is required.
- Repeat steps 1-6 for each file for which a backup copy is required.
