Common parameters could be presented for all future access databases for desktop systems. To this end, select Fail, Parameters, and then the necessary parameters in the category General in the Access Parameters Dialogue. The general parameters can indicate how some user interfaces are displayed, what type of file is used in default or where the database files are located on the user ' s computer.

Note : Changes made to the category General in Access may be applied to other established Microsoft Office applications.

User interface setting

Choose Fail, Parameters, General, and then modify the user interface.

  • If the parameter is chosen to include a dynamic view, the effect on the document can be looked at when a courseor is placed on different options.

By pointing a courseor to a command or parameter on the tape, you can see a clue about the purpose of the button and the accessible combinations of keys for this parameter. To cover the clues, select the necessary clues in the parameters. Floating clues

Selection of file format for default and new files database
